September Closed Sales for Wake County were up 20.4% over last year.
Year To Date closed sales still trail last year by 8.1%, but based on pending sales the year end numbers the projection is for 2012 to be a better sales year than 2011.
New listings YTD are down 18.5%. This is a positive indicator. We need less inventory to work our way out of the oversupply.
Homes are selling at 96.6% of Final List Price.
Entire Triangle Region sales were up 11.3% over last year and new listings are down 20.2%. Both very positive numbers for the region.
